variety of terrain for all skiing levels. Snowmobile or snowshoe out your
door and through the many trails around the lake.
Excellent spin and fly fishing for trout and
kokanee salmon or ice fishing on the lake and nearby rivers. Go for a hike
on one of many trails just out your door.
Mine for sapphires, see a live
performance, and grab some old-fashioned candy in the old mining town of
Philipsburg,
just 15 minutes North.
Go play 18 at the
world-famous
"Old Works,"
the Jack Nicklaus
golf course in
Anaconda,
15 minutes
south of
Georgetown.
Shopping for groceries can be done in Philipsburg or Anaconda, both
within 15-20 minutes of the cabin. Nearby restaurants include the
Seven Gables(1/2
mile away) and Brown Derby(1.5 miles away), providing food and beverages.
